Ensure H1 tags are used before other header tags (H2, H3, H4)
Your header tags should be used in a hierarchal order. For example, H1 tag text above H2 tag text and H2 tag text above H3 tag text, and so on. Make sure the content inside heading tags is relevant, particularly your H1 tags. Web crawlers, including the Googlebot, put extra weight on the contents of your heading tags.
Does the title give specific context to your post?
Is the title a minimum of 40 characters and a max of 70.Are the words in the title capitalized correctly?
Is the page title unique from past titles? Does the title have the focus keyword near the beginning?Does the first paragraph tell readers what the post is about and include the focus keyword?
The focus keyword is the keyword that you want your page to rank for, so when people search for that keyword, they’ll find you. The focus keyword must appear in the first paragraph.
Is the keyword density around 1.5% of the word count?
Keyword density (SEO) is the percentage (%) of times a keyword or key phrase appears on a web page in comparison with the total number of words on the page. The only thing you should worry about is purposely using a keyword too frequently on a page in order to try to rank higher – known as “keyword stuffing”.Is the article at least 300 words (unless a special post)?

Is the meta description a summarizing excerpt or description of the post?
Is the meta description 150 characters or less?
Does the meta description have the key word?
Is there an image on every page?
Does the image have a title and alt text?
Does the image alt text include the keyword?
